What was the highlight of Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Akasaka
Amazing place for money value, very comfortable and very well located.
Location: First of all, the location was absolutely perfect! It is just steps away from one station and about 10 minute walk to another main station so you can pretty much reach any area of Tokyo very easily. It also has several restaurants very close, we particularly like a curry place that was in the corner. It also has a coffee place that is very cozy and the included breakfast is quite okay. Facilities: The facilities were very clean, the room was as expected and very quiet as well with air conditioner. Staff: The staff is very polite, nice and super helpful.
It is not that we didn't like, but the rooms are a bit small so it is difficult to store more than one big suitcase.

Location excellent, breakfast really good, staff always did their best to help/answer any question.
Everything was really good including breakfast but the bed/pillows a little bit too hard to rest/sleep.

Very Good
Great location next to Akasaka station and walking distance to metro stations on other lines. Multiple conbini on the street. Room itself was on the small side (maybe normal for Tokyo?). We found the bed quite small but we're both tall. Nice bathroom in the room with good shower and tub. Hotel provides free amenities and restaurant recommendations. Check-in easy and they stored our luggage before check in. No public bath either in the hotel or within walking distance.

A great option
I have stayed at this hotel many times before. This was the first time I had a room allocated in the 'annex' building .. on the whole, I'd say the rooms in the main hotel are slightly better, but the annex was perfectly fine. The rooms are small and basic, but they are clean and comfortable and you cannot beat the location or value for money.
